The machine is available in two solutions:

Purchase of the coffee machine in the preferred customization, provides for the supply of Toro Caffè for a minimum duration of 12 months from delivery of the machine. The bond provides a discount on the list price of the machine and simultaneously enters into a binding partnership for that duration by the offer, which the buyer must commit to buying all the supplies used on the machine only selected by Toro Caffè. Coffee and instant beverages will not suffer any price change after the purchase of machinery, the price list will be published online the same available after the purchase of equipment.

No contractual constraint, the machine will not enjoy any discount on the front of the list price of any bond of deliveries of products that can be used on the machine purchased.

Shipping & Delivery

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges and delivery time estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and depend on the shipping carrier chosen. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

Target is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@target-eg.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
